The pilot worked. Now we need it in production.
I take one line of business from pilot to full production on LiveKit or Pipecat in your cloud, or on the platform you already use. You get more call types and languages, caching, models fine-tuned for your calls and provider failover, and every release is tested on simulated calls before it reaches a caller.
What's included
More call types and languages
The pilot agent grows to cover the rest of the line of business, one call type or language at a time.
TTS and LLM caching
Repeated phrases and answers are served from cache instead of being generated again on every call.
Models fine-tuned for your calls
Smaller, cheaper models tuned on your own call data, registered to you and used only for your calls.
Provider failover
If an LLM or speech provider goes down, calls switch to a backup automatically.
Tested and scored
Every release passes simulated calls built from your scenarios, and every live call is scored for cost and quality.
GDPR and HIPAA controls
Consent capture, recording, PII redaction and data residency, built in where your calls need them.
How it works
1. Plan the rollout
We use the pilot numbers to pick which call types and languages come next and how fast live traffic moves over.
2. Build and test
I build each addition with my developers and QA testers as needed, and it has to pass the simulated calls before release.
3. Move traffic over
Each release takes a share of calls first, next to the current version. Calls the agent can't handle go to your team.
4. Hand over or keep going
Your engineers take it over with runbooks, or I keep it running on a monthly support plan.
Good to know
It runs on your own LLM, speech and telephony accounts, so you pay providers directly, at cost.
The code goes into your repo and is yours once the build is paid for.
No pilot yet? We start with the same week-one scoping a pilot uses.
